Ing. Francisco Mejia
“Mr. Frank”
Architect, Engineer & Builder — building in Aruba since 1995
A multicultural architect, engineer, and builder, Mr. Frank works fluently in Papiamento, Dutch, English, and Spanish, serving both local and international clients. His structural background made him Aruba's go-to crack-repair specialist, pioneering a masonry and concrete method that other contractors have copied ever since.
He founded Mejia Engineering in 2001 and has served as structural engineer and architect on major developments including Tierra del Sol, Oasis Condominiums, Oceania, and Gold Coast Villas, working alongside architects from Curaçao, Bonaire, the Netherlands, and Venezuela. After more than twenty years, he now focuses on the quality design consulting he calls DesignBuild.
