What we collect through the contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, your email address, the type of service you select, and the project details you write. You may also give us your phone number, which is optional.
We use this information for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How your message reaches us
Your submission is delivered to our business inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf purely in order to send it. The email then arrives in our inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Both providers are based in the United States, so your message is transmitted and stored there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your request and to keep a record of the work we have quoted or carried out. When a message is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or any similar service, and we do not build a profile of your visit.
Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site securely and to detect automated abuse. These are essential to the website working and are not used to track you across other sites.
Contacting us by WhatsApp
If you use the WhatsApp button on this site, you leave our website and the conversation takes place in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one. We will, of course, use whatever you tell us only to respond to your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email mejiadesignbuild@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
